Scope
This policy covers seats in group lessons (intensive, practice lab, open briefing clinic) and private chart reading sessions booked with Hyper Automation AI. It does not cover third-party software subscriptions, brokerage fees, or products we do not sell.
Eligibility window
- Group lessons: Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before session one (or the clinic/lab date).
- Private sessions: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
Cancellations must be emailed to info@hyper-automationai.digital from the address used in your booking.
Deposits
The 30% intensive deposit is refundable under the 14-day rule above. Inside 14 days, the deposit is retained as a scheduling fee unless we cancel the cohort.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after an intensive has started but before session three, we may refund 40% of tuition paid (excluding the retained deposit portion already applied), provided remaining seats allow administrative processing. After session three begins, tuition is non-refundable for that cohort.
Non-refundable items
- Printed chart packs once distributed in a session you attended
- Alumni or promotional discounts already applied (refunds calculate on the amount actually paid)
- Time already delivered in a private session that ran more than 20 minutes before a mid-session stop requested by you
No-shows
Missing a group session without notice forfeits that session; we may allow a make-up in a later cohort if space exists, but no automatic refund. Missing a private session without 48 hours’ notice forfeits the session fee.
Rescheduling
- Private sessions: One free reschedule with 48 hours’ notice; further changes may require a ₩20,000 administration fee.
- Group cohorts: You may transfer your seat to a later cohort once if you notify us at least 14 days before the original start and space exists; deposits carry over.
If we cancel
If Hyper Automation AI cancels a cohort or session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date at no extra charge. We are not responsible for your travel costs to the studio.
Work already started
Once a private session or group class is in progress, fees for the delivered portion are earned. Remaining undelivered private package sessions remain refundable under the private-session rules.
Purchased materials
Classroom materials included in tuition are not sold separately. If a pack was issued and you received a refund under the early-withdrawal rule, we may ask that unused printed packs be returned.
Process and timing
Email refund requests to info@hyper-automationai.digital with your full name, lesson name, and booking date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
