Data we collect

  • Inquiry form: name, email, selected lesson type, optional preferred date, and message content
  • Booking administration: payment references, attendance notes, and materials delivery details when you enroll
  • Technical: essential cookies and, if you accept, analytics cookies as described in our Cookies page

We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account numbers, or national identification numbers through the website form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, confirm seats, deliver lesson materials, process refunds where applicable, improve our teaching schedule, and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Depending on the context, we rely on steps prior to a contract, performance of a training agreement, consent (for optional analytics cookies), and legitimate interests in operating a small teaching studio in a secure, orderly way.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form submissions are kept up to 24 months unless a booking follows. Booking and payment records are retained for up to five years to satisfy accounting and consumer-document needs under Korean practice, then deleted or anonymized. Pattern logs you voluntarily share for review are kept for the duration of your enrollment plus 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. International transfers

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run email, hosting, or payment administration, or when required by law.

Security

We use access-limited mailboxes and HTTPS for this site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive financial credentials by email.
